Sunflower

Grown from organic black oil sunflower seeds. These microgreens taste nutty, like sunflower seeds with a hint of peanut, and they have a texture like crunchy spinach.
Pea Shoots

One cup of pea shoots provides 35% the daily value of vitamin C and 15% the DV of vitamin A. That's 7X the vitamin C in blueberries and 4X the vitamin K in tomatoes.
Broccoli

Mild flavour and delicate texture, broccoli microgreens are significantly more nutrient dense than their mature counterpart and contain high levels of sulfurophane - a cancer-fighting phytonutrient.
Radish

Like radish but milder. Not just a fantastic garnish, with their coloured stems and leaves, radish microgreens are also high in Chlorophyll, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Beta Carotein, and Vitamin E.
Micro Mix

A marvelous blend of sweet pea shoots, spicy radish micros and crunchy sunflower microgreens.

Microgreens, not to be confused with sprouts, are essentially the edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs harvested just after the development of cotyledon leaves and usually before or just after the first set of true leaves. On a growth spectrum, Microgreens are more developed than sprouts but less developed than baby greens. Microgreens are popular with chefs and health-conscious eaters because of their nutritional variation and density, diversity of flavours and textures, as well as their brilliant colours.
